- LAG Members Assembly (LAG members form a Members Assembly, membership is voluntary. A member of the LAG can become a person or a legal entity that joins the LAG and signs that they will work in accordance to the Agreement of Partnership Foundation of the Local Action Group for Development Obsotelje and Kozjansko or other internal documents of LAG and follow the rules of partnership approach).
- President and vice-president of LAG (President and vice-president of LAG are elected by the LAG Members Assembly. Vice-president of LAG is acting on the president’s behalf if he or she is absent).
- LAG Council (LAG Council is the highest decision-making body led by the LAG president. LAG Council consists of representatives of public, economic and private sectors where representatives of the economic and private sector represent minimum of 50% of decisive votes. LAG Council members are elected by the LAG Members Assembly).
- Supervisory Board (LAG Supervisory Board monitors the work of the LAG bodies and performs other tasks. It consists of three members elected by the LAG Members Assembly).
